What to Expect

We want to provide you with a clear understanding of our booking process, as there are some limitations with our website.

 

The initial fee of $90 covers our technician's travel to your home, a thorough diagnosis of the appliance issue, and the provision of a detailed, comprehensive estimate for the necessary repairs.

 

It is important to note that if you choose to decline the repair estimate after it has been provided, the $90 service fee will still be due, regardless of the amount of time our technician spends at your property.

 

Furthermore, should you decide to reconsider the repair within a 30-day period, you will be responsible for paying the agreed-upon estimate amount, less the initial $90 service fee.

 

Rest assured, our technicians are trained to provide expert advice and detailed estimates, and you will never be pressured to make a decision about repairs while they are at your home.

 

Additionally, we want to be transparent about appointment scheduling. Due to the unpredictable nature of appliance repair work, we are unable to guarantee exact appointment times. Various unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays in our arrival time.

 

To manage expectations effectively and ensure efficient service, we have structured our booking system around two-hour appointment slots. For instance, if you select a 10:00 AM appointment, your scheduled time block will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. While we will do our best to be punctual, our arrival time may vary.

 

However, we are committed to completing the diagnostic process and/or repairs by the end of your two-hour window, ensuring minimal disruption to your day.
